In addition, she holds certifications in Life and Career Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT/REBT). As a result, she brings different areas of knowledge into her coaching work while keeping her approach clear and personal.
From Education to Coaching
Before entering the coaching field, Dr. Manal built a strong career in education. She has more than 18 years of experience in the academic field and served as a co-owner and member of the Board of Trustees at the American University of Culture and Education (AUCE) in Beirut.
Over the years, her experience in education helped shape her approach to working with people. At the same time, it strengthened her belief in the value of learning and self-awareness. For her, growth does not stop in the classroom. Instead, it can continue through reflection, personal development, and the choices people make every day.
How Dr. Manal Naboulsi Helps People To Understand Themselves
At the heart of Dr. Manal’s work is personal growth. She works with teens and adults who want to understand themselves better and make positive changes in their lives.
Through coaching, she helps people explore the beliefs and habits that may be holding them back. At the same time, she encourages them to build confidence and strengthen their emotional intelligence. As they gain more awareness, clients can also make clearer choices and work toward their personal goals.
A Focus on Love and Relationships
Alongside personal growth, Dr. Manal has a strong focus on love and relationships. She helps people develop healthier ways to communicate, understand their emotions, and manage conflict.
Furthermore, her approach looks beyond the relationship itself. She believes that healthy connections also begin with a healthy relationship with oneself. Therefore, she works with clients on self-confidence, empathy, communication, and emotional awareness.
In addition, her work can support people who are dealing with breakups, emotional wounds, or challenges in their relationships. Through this process, she encourages them to understand their experiences and build healthier patterns for the future.
Dr. Manal Naboulsi: Supporting Change Through Different Approaches
Because every person faces different challenges, Dr. Manal works across several areas of personal and professional life.
For example, her work includes personal development, career coaching, stress management, relationship coaching, parental coaching, mindfulness, and healthy habits. She also draws on NLP and CBT/REBT in her work to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
Additionally, Dr. Manal conducts workshops and training sessions in personal development and stress management. Through these sessions, she shares practical tools that people can use in their everyday lives.
A Philosophy Centered on Positive Change
Ultimately, Dr. Manal’s work is built around the idea that meaningful change can begin with awareness. She encourages people to understand their needs, recognize limiting beliefs, and take an active role in shaping their lives.
Rather than telling people how they should live, she supports them as they explore their own goals and challenges. Through this approach, coaching becomes a space for reflection, learning, and action.
