Behind every creation lies a story, a vision, and a desire to reach others. Sara Sergienko carries this vision throughout her work, using Art as a bridge between people, ideas, and cultures.
Sara is a Lebanese–Russian visual artist, certified art therapist, and creative project organizer. She is a member of the Professional Artists Syndicate in Lebanon and the founder of Art for Life by Sara Sergienko, an initiative dedicated to imagination, culture, and human development.
Through her journey, Sara explores the ability of expression to communicate emotions, encourage dialogue, and bring people closer across different backgrounds.
From Business Leadership to Creative Development
Before this transformation, Sara built a successful professional career in business. She gained more than twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and beauty industries.
Throughout this journey, she developed strong expertise in management, entrepreneurship, and international relations. Subsequently, she founded and managed a pharmaceutical company in Russia for seven years. She also owned and managed three beauty salons in Moscow.
Over time, Sara combined her business experience with her passion for creativity. She brought together organization, leadership, and imagination to develop meaningful initiatives and projects.
Furthermore, her professional background continues to support her work today. It allows her to manage projects, build partnerships, and create platforms that support creative expression.

Creativity as a Human Language
For Sara, creativity represents a powerful form of communication. She believes that imagination can support healing, education, and understanding.
Through her creative platform, she develops educational programs that explore different approaches to expression. These include therapy, neurographica, intuitive practices, and stained-glass art.
Moreover, Sara works to support creators and highlight new talents. She organizes exhibitions, workshops, symposiums, and events that encourage interaction between creators, institutions, and communities.
As a result, her work reflects her belief that creative expression can create opportunities for dialogue and strengthen connections between people.
A Growing Creative Portfolio
Throughout her career, Sara Sergienko has created more than 150 original compositions. She has participated in more than 50 local and international exhibitions.
Additionally, her creative practice forms an important part of her mission. Through her creations, she expresses her personal vision. Her work explores the emotional and transformative dimensions of creativity.
Beyond her own creations, Sara plays an active role in organizing and curating events. She has supervised exhibitions, symposiums, and gatherings in collaboration with universities, municipalities, embassies, and cultural institutions.

Leading Creative and Cultural Projects Through Partnerships
Meanwhile, Sara’s work extends beyond creativity. She focuses on developing projects that connect Creators, organizations, and communities.
Currently, she serves as the Coordinator of Al Dar Art Gallery in Lebanon (2026). Previously, she served as: General Coordinator of Ishtar Foundation for Culture and Art in Lebanon (2025).
In these roles, she manages and coordinates exhibitions, symposiums, and exchange programs. She develops creative projects in cooperation with universities, municipalities, embassies, and institutions.
Moreover, Sara focuses on building professional networks and encouraging collaboration between different communities. Her projects create opportunities for creators to share their work and engage with wider audiences.
A Multidisciplinary Approach to Creativity
Equally important, Sara Sergienko’s journey reflects a continuous commitment to learning and development. Her education spans multiple disciplines, allowing her to approach creativity from different perspectives.
In addition, she holds diplomas in art therapy, nursing, and computer science. She also studied sound engineering and production, DJ performance, fashion design and garment modeling, makeup, and body art.
Furthermore, she holds certifications in artificial intelligence technologies and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). She completed a diploma in business English and developed specialized knowledge in beauty and design fields.
Moreover, Sara is a certified hair coloring specialist with professional training from L’Oréal, Keune, Goldwell, and Wella. She holds a Toni & Guy certificate in haircutting techniques, as well as a certificate in men’s haircutting and a diploma in nail care and techniques.
Ultimately, her diverse educational background reflects her interest in exploring different creative and professional fields.
Sharing Knowledge and Inspiring Dialogue
Beyond her creative and organizational work, Sara shares her knowledge through training, communication, and media.
Additionally, she provides specialized training in therapy, neurographica, intuitive practices, and stained-glass Art. She also creates content and conducts interviews that highlight creators, personal journeys, and meaningful conversations.
Through her YouTube channel, Art for Life by Sara Sergienko, she continues to explore stories connected to creativity and artistic expression. She provides a platform for discussions about creative journeys and cultural exchange.
Furthermore, her ability to communicate in multiple languages allows her to engage with diverse communities. She speaks Russian, Arabic, English, French, and Armenian fluently, and also communicates in Spanish and Turkish at a conversational level.
