Zeina Hariri: You Already Know Who You’re Meant to Become

Zeina Hariri: Guiding People Toward Their Potential

Becoming a life coach does not happen overnight, instead, it takes experience, understanding, and years of working with people. For Zeina Hariri, that journey began through two very different professional worlds.

She worked as a producer at Future TV from 1994 to 2008. At the same time, she built her experience at Lycée Abdel Kader School, where she has worked as an Assistant Head Division since 2005. Through these experiences, she worked closely with children, adolescents, and adults from different backgrounds. Over the years, those encounters helped her recognize the value of guidance, support, and encouragement.

A Journey Shaped by People

Throughout her career, Zeina worked with people of different ages, personalities, and challenges. Moreover, she encountered people from different socioeconomic backgrounds. Through these experiences, she noticed that some people did not necessarily need a psychologist. Instead, they needed someone who could listen, support, encourage, and believe in their potential.

Over time, this understanding became an important part of Zeina’s approach,; she chose to pursue coaching as a professional path. Her experience had already brought her close to people’s challenges. Now, she wanted to develop the skills to guide them more intentionally.

Zeina Hariri: From Experience to Coaching

Alongside her Licentiate Degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Lebanese University. Zeina enrolled in the Academic Life Coaching Institute and PragmaDoms. Through these studies, she pursued the skills needed to work in Life, Family, and Youth Coaching.

Consequently, coaching became more than another professional direction. It became a career passion for Zeina. Her previous experiences also gave her a strong foundation for working with different generations and personal situations.

Coaching Across Generations

Since 2017, Zeina has worked as a Life, Family, and Youth Coach with the International Coach Federation Lebanon Chapter. In addition, her professional skills include interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, communication, and personal development. She also specializes in time management, training, lifestyle coaching, and youth mentoring.

Since January 2023, Zeina has also worked as a Skills Trainer for seniors at Makassed High School. Through this role, she continues to work with people while focusing on life skills and personal development.

A Philosophy Built on Potential

At the heart of Zeina’s philosophy is a straightforward idea: every individual carries the ability to achieve their dreams and aspirations. Yet, along life’s journey, it’s easy for people to drift off course and lose clarity about their direction. That’s why she sees guidance as a way to help them realign with what they truly want.

For Zeina, coaching is not about providing ready-made answers, instead, it’s about supporting people as they discover their own way forward. In doing so, she empowers them to grow into the strongest, most authentic version of themselves.

Zeina Hariri: Empowering Women and Young People

Beyond coaching, Zeina also works as a motivational speaker, in particular, she focuses on helping young girls and women become what they want to be. Her work reflects her belief in encouragement, guidance, and trust in people’s potential.

Ultimately, Zeina Hariri’s journey brings together years of experience and a passion for helping others. From television production and education to coaching and training, her professional path has remained closely connected to people. Through her work, she continues to guide others toward their goals while encouraging them to recognize their own potential.
