Having the pleasure of knowing Gina personally, I have come to appreciate not only her remarkable professional journey but also the woman behind it. Her warmth, intelligence, and natural ability to connect with people make conversations with her both enjoyable and meaningful.

Gina Khatib is a seasoned Communication Strategist, Political Protocol and Etiquette Expert, Certified Life Coach, and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, with more than 25 years of professional experience in the Lebanese Parliament.
Combining extensive institutional experience with expertise in strategic communication, leadership development, human behavior, and emotional intelligence, she has built a career dedicated to helping individuals and leaders communicate with confidence, navigate complex professional environments, and develop a powerful and authentic presence.
Gina Khatib: A Distinguished Career in the Lebanese Parliament
Since joining the Lebanese Parliament in 2001, Gina has held significant administrative and leadership responsibilities at the heart of one of Lebanon’s most important constitutional institutions.
For approximately two decades, she served as Head of the Protocol Department, overseeing official protocol, ceremonial procedures, institutional etiquette, and the organization of high-level parliamentary events and visits. Her role involved working closely with political figures, dignitaries, diplomatic representatives, and international delegations, developing an in-depth understanding of political conduct, institutional representation, and the subtleties of high-level communication.
Since 2020, she has taken on leadership responsibilities within the Deputies Affairs Division, where she currently serves as Head of Deputies Affairs. In this capacity, she oversees a broad range of administrative, organizational, and personnel-related matters concerning Members of Parliament, providing coordination and support throughout their parliamentary mandates.
Her responsibilities also include overseeing the medical coverage and hospitalization fund for current and former Members of Parliament and eligible beneficiaries, ensuring the management and coordination of essential healthcare-related services.
Her extensive parliamentary experience provides her with a distinctive understanding of political leadership, institutional dynamics, discretion, diplomacy, and the importance of professional conduct in positions of responsibility.

Building on her professional background, Gina founded PolitiElite Strategies™, a specialized consultancy dedicated to strategic communication, political etiquette, protocol, public relations, leadership presence, and personal development.
Through PolitiElite Strategies, she works with politicians, public figures, executives, emerging leaders, and professionals seeking to strengthen their public image, improve their communication skills, and develop greater confidence and influence.
Her approach goes beyond traditional etiquette and public speaking. She explores the connection between how people communicate, how they behave, how they manage emotions, and how they are perceived by others.

She is also a Certified Life Coach, having completed her professional coaching education through C2T, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Lebanon Chapter.
Continuing her commitment to professional development, she earned certification through Multi-Health Systems (MHS) as an EQ-i 2.0 Certified Practitioner, qualifying her to administer and interpret the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment.
This internationally recognized assessment enables her to help individuals and leaders better understand their emotional functioning, identify areas for development, and strengthen essential competencies such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, interpersonal relationships, decision-making, and stress management.
