Editor’s Note:
Some influence arrives silently.
It accumulates in small ways: people listen more, hesitate less, and decide with greater ease.
Lule Bunjaku Karapinar has spent nearly two decades in corporate learning, turning education into practice and growing leadership from within.
Her impact reveals itself gradually. For example, leaders think sharper, respond steadier, and perform better under pressure.
Across the GCC, she has shaped executive strategies and national transformation efforts, including Saudi Vision 2030.
Ultimately, though, her influence seeps into behavior over time. And sometimes, that is the only change that lasts.
