Tatiana Haddad – Fitness Professional, Sports Educator, and Coach

Tatiana Haddad is a dedicated fitness trainer, sports educator, and basketball coach with a passion for promoting health, athletic performance, and personal development. With a strong academic background in sports science and physical education, as well as experience in coaching and personal training, she has built a career focused on helping individuals achieve their fitness and athletic goals.

Education and Training

Tatiana’s journey in sports and fitness began with a deep interest in physical education, leading her to pursue multiple academic degrees and certifications. She holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science and a Master de Recherche from Antonine University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. In addition, she obtained a teaching diploma, equipping her with the skills needed to educate and train athletes of all levels effectively.

Beyond her formal education, Tatiana pursued specialized training in sports coaching, earning an International Basketball Coaches Clinic Certificate and a certification in athletic pedagogy from Antonine University. These qualifications have strengthened her ability to develop and implement effective training programs for both individual athletes and teams.

Her commitment to professional development extends beyond the fitness and sports industry. In 2009, she completed multiple certifications with Middle East Airlines, gaining expertise in safety and emergency procedures, crew resource management (CRM), first aid, and aviation security. This diverse training provided her with valuable skills in teamwork, leadership, and crisis management—qualities that continue to benefit her work in fitness coaching and training.

Professional Experience

Tatiana’s career reflects a dynamic mix of fitness training, coaching, and aviation experience. She is the owner and personal trainer at BurnFit, a fitness business she founded in 2015. Through BurnFit, she provides personalized training programs designed to help clients improve their strength, endurance, and overall health. Her work as a trainer allows her to combine her scientific knowledge of sports and fitness with a hands-on approach to guiding individuals toward healthier lifestyles.

In addition to running BurnFit, Tatiana has been working as a basketball coach at St. Joseph de l’Apparition School since 2019. As a coach, she plays a key role in mentoring young athletes, helping them refine their skills, build teamwork, and develop the discipline needed to succeed in competitive sports.

Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience working as a flight attendant with Middle East Airlines from 2009 to 2011. During this time, she developed strong communication, customer service, and emergency response skills. Although she eventually transitioned to a career in sports and fitness, her experience in aviation contributed to her adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.

Skills and Interests

Tatiana is fluent in French, English, and Arabic, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients and athletes. She also possesses strong IT skills, which she uses to manage her fitness business, develop training programs, and stay up to date with the latest trends in sports science and health.

Her interests extend beyond fitness and coaching. Tatiana has a deep passion for basketball, having participated in international competitions that helped her refine her communication and teamwork skills. Her love for the sport has not only shaped her career but also influenced her coaching philosophy. Additionally, she enjoys music and drawing, which serve as creative outlets that balance her active lifestyle.
