Tania Tabet is a Social Psychologist and Sociologist with deep expertise in leadership, communication, and group dynamics. She is a Professional Certified Transcendence Coach (PCTC) from Coaches Circle Academy (CCA), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Master Trainer Coach (CMTC) from IBG, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Tania currently serves as an Associate Professor at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, where she designs and teaches courses on Social Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation. She is also a trainer at the university’s Professional Training Center (CFP), where she has developed and delivered numerous training programs on Self-Awareness, Crisis Management, Communication, and Conflict Resolution.
Throughout her career, Tania has held several executive leadership roles, including her former position as Executive Director of Himaya, a leading NGO dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Tamanna, an association that grants wishes and brings joy to critically ill children.
In addition to her academic and executive roles, Tania is a certified Conflict Resolution and Relationship Instructor, trained by the Thomas Gordon Institute in California. She has designed and facilitated training sessions for both national and multinational organizations, covering topics such as Self-Awareness, Crisis Management, Communication, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution. Her expertise also extends to community building, with a strong commitment to fostering empowered and connected communities, both digital and on-ground.
Tania is a board member of The Lebanese National Convention, a prominent think tank contributing to developing policies and fostering dialogue within Lebanese communities.
