Q&A with Julie Rammal: Founder of Holistic Movement

What are some of the common challenges or roadblocks your clients face, and how do you help them overcome these obstacles?

Some and most of the challenges that people in general face is not having and inner and outward connection or having a weak connection or link to themselves and our greater world. When this connection or cord is weak our body, the mind and emotions become unaligned and scattered leaving one feeling an unbalance of emotions, body and mind as a result. For example, one may feel fear, confusion, weakness, unworthiness, etc.. As a human species, we are made to survive and today, the most important thing is to master and understand ourselves beyond conscious mind in order to survive all obstacles life presents for us.

How do you customize your coaching approach to fit the individual needs and goals of each client?

Each client is viewed uniquely and all sessions are customized depending on the holistic scan, day, time, energy, their experience, trauma etc.

In the Holistic mind or healing sessions, we conduct a Holistic scan using the holistic methodology to see where the client is energetically, emotionally, mentally and physically. One can think of this scan as an MRI using the Holistic Methodology to gain insight to a client’s status in body, mind, energy and more. The scan is an image labeled with numbers and energy lines to indicate the present status of the individual. The holistic scan is derived from various ancient and modern techniques that are not taught but acquired thru our ancestral knowledge with a modern twist.

Upon the result of the Holistic scan, a Holistic mind or healer will know what needs to be done in order to use holistic tools to bring harmony and healing to the clients body, mind and energy. Sessions can be done online or live.

How do you help clients develop a sustainable self-care routine that supports both their mental and physical health?

The Holistic Movement has 5 branches which include: Education, Self-Care, Mind, Body, Healing. In the self-care section, we share our own natural Lumiere body and skincare products to help clients find, restore and rejuvenate body and skin. We are also networked with amazing massage therapists and clinics and refer clients to engage in various alternative therapies. Most importantly we encourage clients to have a weekly and monthly self-care schedule that equally gives attention to body, mind and self-care routines to continue a happy, healthy and balanced life within and outside of themselves.

In your opinion, what is the most important shift someone needs to make in order to experience personal growth and healing?

There are two things that we need to grow and heal which may come in cycles various times in our life. Oftentimes. these cycles may happen at age (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, …), where we may question things, our life, purpose, reflect and transform in one or more ways.

To grow or transform we must do 2 things: make a decision, and spend time away from distractions (through solitude) to discover who we really are and what is our purpose, life drive etc …

We must make a decision that we want to do something such as heal, change, and discover, and this must come from us. Once this decision is made, the spiritual journey of self-discovery can begin.

It is important to spend time in solitude away from distractions to find our purpose and most important to understand our value. There is an old saying “A Lamborghini has 2 seats for a reason.” 

With solitude we find transformation, growth and preparedness for something greater. We learn, study, grow, and can hear our calling or find visions and purpose in our lives.
