The Artist Behind the Voice
Manel Mallat is a Lebanese French artist, born in Carthage, Tunisia, known for her electrifying vocals and genre-blending style. As a singer, songwriter, actress, and producer, Manel has made a significant impact in the music and entertainment industry.
Career Breakthrough
She gained early recognition by winning the 2006 “Le Trophée de Charles Trenet” in Paris, representing Lebanon, and later became a finalist on “Arabs Got Talent” in 2012. Her talent was further acknowledged when she was awarded at the IMTA competition in New York in 2014 and received “The Outstanding Talent Award” from RMF in Houston and Washington DC.
Theater & Performances
Since 2015, Manel has been a recording artist and has starred in several musical theater productions, including “Ahwak, The Musical,” “Around the World” in Saudi Arabia and “Majnoun Leila” “Next Stop: Broadway!” in Beirut. She has also performed internationally, including with Jean-Jacques Lafon, and starred in and recorded soundtracks for films such as “Tallatit.”
Humanitarian Work & Business Ventures
Beyond her artistic achievements, Manel is deeply committed to humanitarian work, actively supporting NGOs in the Middle East, particularly “Heartbeat,” advocating for the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) provided by the UNDP, and serving as a spokesperson for the Digital Pride Campaign. In 2014, she founded CATS PRODUCTION, a leading entertainment company in the Middle East. Manel is currently working on new music set for release in 2025, continuing to blend her passion for music with a heart for social impact.
Recent Highlights: “Mon Hymne à Piaf” Triumph
Following her debut EP preparations, Manel achieved critical acclaim with the successful “Mon Hymne à Piaf”, performed live at the Casino Du Liban Theatre on February 7 & 8, 2025. After a sold-out run in Lebanon, the production will expand to Dubai’s Zabeel Saray Theatre on May 8 & 9, 2025.
This breathtaking tribute to Édith Piaf, presented by CATS Production and Shapes & Colors, is held under the patronage of the Lebanese and French Consuls in Dubai. Manel stars alongside a 20-piece live orchestra conducted by composer Danny Bou Maroun, with cinematic visuals by film director Kristian Abouanni. More than a concert, it’s an immersive celebration of Piaf’s iconic legacy.

Manel Mallat continues to captivate audiences with her distinct voice and heartfelt storytelling. In March 2024, she released “Rah Taaref Imti”, an Arabic adaptation of Tom Eyen’s “And I’m Telling You, I’m Not Going” for Dreamgirls, written by Anthony from Adonis. Released on Women’s Day, the empowering anthem celebrates women’s resilience and independence, inspiring them to forge their own paths.
Manel has collaborated with renowned local and international artists, including Jean-Marie Riachi on “Beirut Emmi”, Roy Malakian on her renditions of “Li Beirut” and “Back to Black”, and Police Voleur in their duet “Oul”.
Manel continues to commit to social impact, having played a key role in launching a mental health initiative with Brain Station Clinics to make therapy accessible to all.
Currently, Manel is gearing up to release her debut EP, a deeply personal project shaped by her roots, experiences, and passions. Featuring original compositions by Anthony from Adonis, arranged and produced by Danny Bou-Maroun, and collaborations with Sleiman Demian and Alexandre Missakian, the EP blends pop, ballads, and cinematic elements to reflect her unique artistic identity.
