  "Coping With Anxious Feelings In Uncertain Times" In the midst of all the uncertainty caused by COVID 19 and the political/economical situation in Lebanon, many of us are experiencing heightened levels of anxiety. The aim of this workshop is to equip you with the necessary mindfulness tools to deal with all the external chaos we are facing today.     About the Trainer:   Sara Daher is a certified executive coach who uses mindfulness as her foundational approach. In her work, she seeks to merge this knowledge of the challenges of the work landscape with an understanding of how to live more mindfully and cultivate a positive and helpful outlook on life, regardless of external circumstances. Most recently, she took her own practice and knowledge even deeper through training directly with the creators of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy at Oxford University.
