Dr. Noor AlHuwaidi: Background Education
Dr. Noor AlHuwaidi Rashid AlHuwaidi, the founder and head of the National Awareness Project, was born on April 19, 1984, and holds a Kuwaiti citizenship. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science with Distinction from Cairo University, as well as a Master’s degree in Political Science from Kuwait University with a GPA of 3.14. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science – General Administration Support from Kuwait University with a general GPA of 3.05.
Professional Experience
With over seven years of experience in public relations and national awareness, Dr. Noor spent two years in the office of the Minister of Justice, one year at the General Authority for Manpower in the Recruitment Department, and was seconded for two years to the Diwan Al Amiri.

Dr. Noor serves as a career counselor at the General Authority for Manpower, providing guidance and motivation to the workforce. She possesses advanced communication skills, efficiently managing time and teams. With extensive experience in report writing and delivering presentations to the public and media, she is adept at managing and resolving issues.
Involvement in National and Volunteer Projects
Engaged in various national and volunteer projects, Dr. Noor participated in producing a documentary film on Kuwaiti-Saudi relations. She worked as an assistant to the Union Representative for Women’s Affairs at the International Youth Federation/Kuwait and volunteered during the COVID-19 crisis.
Leadership and Communication Skills
Dr. Noor takes pride in her leadership and communication skills, demonstrated through numerous lectures and workshops aimed at developing Kuwaiti media professionals. Additionally, she participated in training programs in the United States with the Innovation Foundation, empowering Kuwaiti women in leadership and political positions.
