Is My Now and Your Now the Same… or Just a Shared Reality? By Margueritta Rahal

Reality doesn’t wait. The moment the eyes open, it begins responding through you.

But are we all experiencing the same reality?

Are we all experiencing the same scenery?

Are we all experiencing the same fears and hopes?

Although we might act and appear different, we are all ultimately built up the same, each in search for peace, purpose, and a place to feel safe in our own minds. 

Beneath every title, opinion, and role is a human being trying to hold it together.

We all have hopes, we all have fears.

The most common hope we share is inner peace.

The most common fear we share is the fear of the unknown.

Just hearing the word can make your chest tighten. We fear it not because it has harmed us but because we think we can’t control it.

So, we imagine the worst and we fill the blank space with worry, doubt, and fear so we are prepared when it happens.

Ironically, the unknown is where growth, miracles, and transformation happen.

But what if the unknown isn’t empty?

What if it’s alive, shaped by the very thoughts and feelings we project into it?

What if we’re not just waiting for the unknown?

What if we’re creating it?

Every fear you feed, every scenario you play in your mind, every emotion you repeat becomes a brushstroke on the canvas of what’s coming next.

This isn’t about blame.

This is about power.

Because if fear can shape the unknown, then so can love.

So can trust.

So can clarity.

What if life is playing a game with us and we’re too focused on control that we miss the whole show?

How many times have you experienced certain events that you couldn’t share with another person out of fear of judgment?

How many times have it happened to you that you think of someone and they call, a song plays that answers a question you didn’t say out loud, a stranger says exactly what you needed to hear.

To the distracted mind, these moments seem random..

a coincidence..

chance.

But what if they’re not?

What if life is always speaking to us through patterns, signs and subtle nudges, only we’re too busy, too logical, too in our heads to notice?

Synchronicities don’t shout, they whisper. They’re not meant to make sense to everyone, only to the one who’s awake enough to see.

This article is a means to pull you out of the autopilot mind into the present moment. Where all your Power is.

Because when you pay attention, now, to your thoughts, you will realize that nothing is random, and everything connects.

You are the only person that thinks in your mind, and no one can hear your thoughts but you.

It is scientifically proven that the average brain generates between 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts per day.

About 80 to 90% of those thoughts are repetitive, and most of them are negative thoughts.

This process of thinking is happening too rapidly and repetitively that most people are not aware of their thoughts.

These thoughts shape perception, emotions, reactions and even physical health.

What if we slow down and reflect on those thoughts, we can change our destiny and be a cooperative creator in the process?

What if the only thing you are looking for in this life is yourself?

Ask yourself right now what thoughts are governing your mind? Are they positive or are they negative?

Do you want those thoughts to become your reality?

Abracadabra is a magic word that means: I Create as I Speak.

We tend to think that if we overthink a problem, we solve it.

But all we do is create more of it.

Just as well if we focus on our dreams and goals, we create more of that.

We don’t trust ourselves enough because there is a voice in the mind constantly telling us false stories which eventually become reality. So, we think we should trust that voice because it has been proven it is right.

But is it?

Don’t you sometimes feel that you are creating what you don’t want?

If you have the choice, would you create what you don’t want? No one would.

Awareness of the mind in the moment is one of the most powerful tools for inner transformation.

When attention returns to the now, something shifts.

Thoughts slow down, emotions become clearer and reactions turn into conscious choices.

In that place of awareness, it becomes possible to observe thoughts rather than be controlled by them.

No one can cause you to think something. You and only you decide what thoughts to entertain and what thoughts to reject.

Thoughts are magical spells and they do create our reality. But we have the power to choose our thoughts. That is our own free will.

It is a choice to think good thoughts and just as well it is a choice to think the worst thoughts.

Fear is our biggest enemy and it is nothing but thoughts that we entertain.

When you are conscious of this moment and its spaciousness, you are one with life and life is one with you.

The universe is always responding to your thoughts and it’s always giving you what you expect.

You can change your expectations consciously through your inner talk.

Always come back to the now and be kind to yourself.

Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you have.

When you are kind to yourself, your thoughts are kind to you and to others.
